How do I get Twitter to automatically pull information from external website?

Does anyone know how I can set up a twitter page to automatically pull information from my main website? I noticed that the very naughty twitter page pulls the latest forum topics and I wanted to do the same for mine.

Any suggestions?

I wonder if its god RSS feeds feature, if it has here here is the rest of the stuff you need to do to make all your new article go to your twitter page:
Actually its easier to point you to a post I created about this, the post is for a vBulletin forum but the only key think is the rss feeds. Here is the link, if you need help let me know. Automatically posting your contents to twitter
