I start this thread having in mind one question:
If there is love at first sight, can it be sex at the first date?

Context makes a difference, If meeting someone for sex, and it doesn't happen, there would have to be an air of disappointment. If meeting someone with a view to a relationship, not an issue. That said, sex is never far from a man's thoughts. What's your veiw?

Right on the first date , sex can be on the mind if you find your date is attractive.
Otherwise, think of some other day.
Sex should be done willingly from both the partners.
If so than it turns out to be date. If not it is not less than a disaster.

The conventional wisdom is that men only have one thing on their mind when they first see a woman—sex.
I really hate sex on first date.

I think as long as both parties are honest about what they are looking for in the relationship then no one can get hurt. It's when one is expecting more than what the other is willing to give after the first date that having sex could cause problems.

A woman who desires to have a relationship with a guy should not have sex with him on the first date. In the beginning stages, when you are on your best behavior and trying to come across as awesome as possible, the last thing you want to do is appear easy, and thus, not-girlfriend material. I've seen it happen all too many times to friends when a guy loses interest rapidly in them when sex is had too soon. Make him work and wait for it a little more, and not only will he appreciate and respect you more, it will be way better.
