1. Be honest with your feelings and not suppress your desires!
Sexuality is quite difficult and will cause problems if you are not honest with yourself. At that age, you face a lot of emotions which have to do before, without take into account and the physical.
2. If you have a higher sex drive than friends or colleagues, should not be ashamed! But be careful and not knock too many beds, so that you know how that attitude can be dangerous! It would be better to use your all that sexual energy with a steady partner but how to avoid both physical and psychological complications! At some point you get tired and you plan to also explore the amorous and could feel a little depressed and alone at the end of the day!
3. Try to know better, especially in terms of your sexual desires and who you feel attracted and who not. But you must think about how much and your feelings are influenced by society and others think what you think we should feel and what you feel in reality.
Most important is to feel good about yourself; although you have a perfect figure or you have gained lately. You must learn to be yourself in the company of strangers and to realize that sexuality is much more than sexual activity: this means the experiences you've had, where they took place and the relationships they've had.
Remember that some people are all sexual, with desires and instincts and that exploring your sexuality is normal and healthy.
