But the most significant change occurs after childbirth, so in other situations you should not make too many problems. Just like there is breast enlargement, women seem to also do Virgina size reduction, I found the article below which suggests women pay over £3,000 to have a surgery to make their virgina tighter in what was called "designer virgina"

Once considered the special domain of glamour models, female genital cosmetic surgery is becoming more common in wealthy nations and is being advertised to healthy women, according to researchers from University College London (UCL).
