The SSRI's medication can work very well to delay ejaculation, with minimal side effects. However, beware, SSRI's are a relatively new medication, and there haven't been too many long term studies...however, no serious side effects have surfaced so far.
Problem with SSRI's are that they can kill your sex drive and erection quality...these side effects are sometimes only temporary and improve.
